Job Description: The Materials Manager will provide leadership and direction to a warehouse production team. The manager continuously improves cost, quality, and service by developing teamwork, process understanding, and ownership. The manager ensures there is appropriate capacity and capability to meet customer requirements, conducting long and short-range capacity studies to determine requirements for new equipment and facilities. By partnering with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Information System, Operations Systems, and Distribution, the manager optimizes the entire supply chain.
