Surveillance Specialist Starting Wage

• $17.00/hr. - Swing (4p 12a) and Day Shift (8a 4p)
• $18.00/hr. - Grave Shift (12a 8a)

Overtime of up to 12 hours per week may be available based on operational needs.

Requirements:

Surveillance Specialist Qualifications and Skills

Must be a team player with strong observational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required, College Degree Preferred
• Must have experience with computers and customer service.
• Experience in the Security Industry, Law Enforcement, Military and/or Bi-Lingual is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must pass a Drug Test and have NO criminal record.

Surveillance Specialists Responsibilities Include but are not limited too -

As a Surveillance Specialist, you will receive comprehensive training on a variety of systems, equipping you with the knowledge and confidence to perform your monitoring responsibilities. Operating from our National Operations Center (NOC) in Phoenix, AZ, you’ll work with advanced technologies that enhance facility efficiency and effectiveness through our vigilant oversight.This includes, but is not limited to: security cameras, access control systems, panic alarms, network-hosted SMART systems, database management, and gate entry solutions. At Centralized Vision, training and communication are essential to our success as both technology and client needs continue to evolve. Our trainers and supervisors will work closely with you to ensure you're confident in managing your assigned accounts and will always be available to provide additional guidance and support whenever needed.
